Gado gado Surabaya (East Java)

 
Ingredients Peanut sauce:
  • 200 gr fried peanut
  • 700 ml coconut milk, not too thick
  • 2 tbsp rice flour, dissolved in little water (for thickening)
  • Salt and brown sugar to taste, to taste.
  • Vegetable oil, for Numis
Spices:
  • 5 pieces of red pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, saute until wilted
  • ½ tsp shrimp paste

Ingredients Gado gado to:
  • rice cake
  • fried tofu
  • fried tempeh
